Tea Time!

Chamomile tea 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, 1% milk, protein powder, cinnamon, peanut butter, coffee. (After lunch 2:00pm)

Supper

Breaded fish fillets x 3 with boiled yellow potatoes, salt and pepper, hot sauce, butter, parsley. 

Lunch

Omelette with eggs x 4, salt and pepper, hot sauce, toast and butter x 2. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with planking. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, banana, milk, toast and peanut butter x 2, tea with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Mint blend tea 

Supper

Ground chicken with broccoli, hot sauce, spices and seasoning, Noodle soup, vegetable broth. 

Tea Time!

Mint blend tea and Sub Sandwich from Brother's Meat Market. 

Outing

Walk to Shoppers Almon Street for flu shot and shopping then Brother's Meat Market for Sub Sandwich. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches and leg lifts plus planking. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, banana, 1% milk, toast and peanut butter x 2, tea with milk and sweetener. 

Supper

Fried egg sandwich with eggs x 2, butter, hot sauce, cheese on toasted bread. Chamomile tea. 

Lunch

Leftover ground pork with mixed vegetables, diced tomatoes, spices and seasoning, etc. Toast and butter x 2. 

Protein Shake

Workout

Weight training with dumbbells multiple exercises and multiple sets and reps 40 minutes. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, banana, milk, toasted English muffins with butter x 2, tea with milk and sweetener.

Mild pepperoni x 2 pieces. 

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street after paying rent.

Outing

Walk to Laundromat to wash 3 loads of laundry. (Shirt from Sunday on The Trades washed separately)

Ground chicken with spices and seasoning, hot sauce, tomato soup, mixed vegetables, chicken broth, boiled yellow potatoes.

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Brother's Meat Market Sub Sandwich and Pepperoni mild. Aquafina Vitamin Water B&B 

Outing

Walk to RBC Almon Street then Dollarama Young Street.

Fried eggs x 2 on toasted English muffins with butter, hot sauce and cheese x 2. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches and leg lifts plus planking.

Outing/Work

Taxi ride to Dartmouth to work on The Trades season 2 in Burnside. Ate breakfast at Wendy's. Worked from 10:30am to just after 7:00pm. Took cab with Andy to Bridge Terminal then took 1 Spring Garden across Macdonald Bridge.
