Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, banana x 2

Supper

Steak with salt and pepper, California style vegetables with sour cream and cottage cheese. 

Snack

1 bag of popcorn. 

Outing

Walk to Superstore Quinpool Road. 

Lunch

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, almond milk, protein powder, chia seeds, oats, cinnamon. Brown rice cakes apple cinnamon with peanut butter x 3. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches and legs lifts plus planking. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener, toast and peanut butter x 2. 

Breakfast

Toasted O's 1.5 Cups, 2.5 leftover honey garlic sausage, Earl Grey Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Workout 2

Weight training with dumbbells multiple exercises and multiple sets and reps 35 minutes. 

Tea Time!

Lemon ginger tea 

Supper

2.5 sausage with yellow boiled potatoes, can beans, butter, pepper, paprika, parsley, sour cream, cottage cheese. 

Snack

Popcorn x 1 bag. 

Outing

Walk to Canadian Tire Quinpool Road. 

Lunch

Omelette sandwiches x 2 with 3 eggs, pepper, paprika, parsley, hot sauce, Swiss cheese, sour cream, butter. Powder milk. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with planking. 

Breakfast 2

Toasted O's 2 Cups with Milk, coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, almond milk, protein powder, chia seeds, oats, cinnamon. Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Ground beef with mixed vegetables, vegetable broth, spices and seasoning, hot sauce, yellow boiled potatoes, tomato soup, cottage cheese, sour cream. 

Snack

Popcorn x 1 bag. 

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street to catch the bus to Halifax Shopping Center Walmart. 

Lunch

Omelette sandwiches x 2 with 4 eggs, pepper, butter, paprika, parsley, pam cooking spray, Swiss cheese, hot sauce. Plus glass of milk. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches and legs lifts, leg extensions front and side kick, push ups and planking. 

Breakfast 2

Toasted O's 2 Cups with Milk and coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Protein Shake with banana x 2, frozen blueberries, almond milk, protein powder, chia seeds, oats, cinnamon. Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Lemon ginger tea and 2 bananas.

Pork chop with salt and pepper, Brussels Sprouts with hot sauce. 

Snack

Popcorn x 1 bag

Toasted cheese sandwich with butter and sardines fillets in hot sauce 100g.

Walk to Laundromat to wash 2 loads of laundry.
