Tea Time!

Lemon ginger tea 

Supper

Leftover ground turkey with mixed vegetables, tomato sauce and pasta, etc. 

Snack

Nature Mix 3/4 Cup 

Outing

Bus trip to Walmart Halifax Shopping Centre after walking up North Street almost to Sobeys Windsor Street. 

Brunch

Breaded chicken burgers with mayo and hot sauce on hamburger buns x 2. Green tea 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast

Shake with banana x 2, powder milk, plain yogurt, toast and butter x 2, coffee with almond milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea 

Supper

Ground turkey with spices and seasoning, mixed vegetables, chicken broth, tomato sauce, pasta. (2 meals) 

Snack

Nature Mix 3/4 Cup. 

Lunch

Breaded chicken burgers with mayo and hot sauce on hamburger buns x 2

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast

Protein Shake with banana x 2, powder milk, protein powder, almond milk, plain yogurt, toast and butter x 3 (2 heels) coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Peppermint tea 

Supper

Pork Steak with salt and pepper, 3 egg omelette, olive oil, hot sauce. 

Snack

Sardines in lemon juice and cracked pepper 100g. 

Outing

Walk to Superstore Young Street.

Laundry Day!

Laundry Day from about 7:45am to 9:30am 2 loads of laundry. August 17/23

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal with wheat bran, cinnamon, banana, almond milk, toast and butter x 2, tea with milk and sweetener.
