Tea Time!

Chamomile tea 

Supper

Chicken breast x 2 with salt, pepper, paprika, brown rice with mixed vegetables, butter, hot sauce. 

Brunch

Breaded pork cutlette with mayo and hot sauce on hamburger buns x 2. 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana, powder milk, protein powder, oat milk, French Vanilla Yogurt. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with wheat bran, cinnamon, wheat germ, protein powder, banana x 2, frozen strawberries, oat milk, tea with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street. 

Lunch

Protein Shake with banana x 2, powder milk, protein powder, French Vanilla Yogurt. Breaded pork cutlette with mayo and hot sauce on hamburger buns x 2.

Laundry Day!

Laundry Day from 8:30am to 10:20am 2 loads of laundry. June 30/23

Walk to Superstore Young Street after paying rent.
