Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, peanut butter toast x 1.

Supper

Leftover ground beef, mixed vegetables, diced tomatoes, etc., Spinach Noodles, onion, cooking oil, butter.

Lunch

Boiled eggs x 2, salt, toast and butter x 2.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, banana, toast and butter x 2, milk, tea. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, Almonds 75g.

Supper

Ground beef, mixed vegetables, diced tomatoes, spinach noodles, salt, pepper, garlic powder, Italian style seasoning. (2 meals) 

Lunch

Boiled eggs x 2, salt, pepper, toast and butter x 1.

Brunch

Boiled eggs x 2, salt, toast and butter x 2.

3/4 Cup BBQ peanuts.
