Tea Time!

Chamomile tea 

Supper

Ground beef with mixed vegetables, beef broth, spices and seasoning, hot sauce, French fries. 

Workout

Weight training with dumbbells 5 exercises. 

Lunch

Salami and cheese sandwiches with butter and mustard x 2, Cheddar Cheese x 2, pepperoni x 1, green tea. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Protein Shake with banana x 2, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, plain yogurt drink. Toast and butter x 2, tea. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea 

Supper

Steak and French fries with salt, pepper and hot sauce. 

Snack

Cheddar Cheese x 4 and Pepperoni 

Outing

Bus trip Downtown to Dollarama Duke Street then Superstore Barrington Street and back home. Then walked to RBC Almon Street and Shoppers then Brother's Meat Market. Aquafina Vitamin Water B&B and pepperoni stick.

Brunch

Oatmeal with cinnamon, banana, milk, toast and peanut butter x 2, tea.

Snack

Walk to Superstore Quinpool Road and Canadian Tire.

Walk to Laundromat to wash 2 loads of laundry.

Last Night!

Outing

Walk to Superstore Young Street and Dollarama. Aquafina Vitamin Water B&B

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches and legs lifts.

Bus trip to Halifax Shopping Centre Wal-Mart and Dollarama with a walk around the mall. Aquafina Vitamin Water B&B and pepperoni sticks x 3.

Pepperoni, ham, cheese sandwiches with butter and mustard x 2, coffee with milk and sweetener.
