Double Salmon Patties Recipe with 2 cans of salmon, 2 eggs, 1 cup crackers, onion powder, olive oil, hot sauce. 

Snack

1/2 Cup of Trail Mix. 

Brunch

Breaded chicken burgers with mayo and hot sauce on Whole wheat hamburger buns x 2, Aquafina Vitamin Water Orange. 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana, powder milk, protein powder, yogurt drink. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with wheat bran, cinnamon, wheat germ, banana, frozen strawberries, milk, yogurt drink, tea.

Outing with Kim and the dog who went for grooming than had lunch plus trip to Young Street.
