Workout!

Weight training with dumbbells 10lbs and 20lbs chest, delts and triceps 35 minutes. 

Protein Shake!

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, vanilla protein powder, creatine 1 tbsp. 

Supper

Scrambled eggs x 4 with salt and pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, hot sauce, pam cooking spray. Italian Style meatballs x 12. 

Outing

Walk downtown to Dollarama Duke Street and Lawtons plus RBC Bank. Gatorade Zero. 

Lunch

Chicken burgers x 2 on hamburger buns x 2 with mayo. Chocolate protein bar 68g. 

Workout

One hour of Stretching exercises with crunches and leg lifts plus planking and push ups, deep squats and calf raises. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. Apple turnovers x 2

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon, chia seeds, banana, pitted prunes, powder milk. Tea with milk and sweetener. Creatine with water 1 tbsp. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with milk and sweetener. Apple turnovers x 2. 

Supper

Ground chicken with spices and seasoning, hot sauce, mixed vegetables. Noodles x 1 package. 

Snack

Popcorn x 1 bag.

Lunch

Tuna salad sandwiches with mayo, mustard, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder on whole grain bread x 2. Apple turnovers x 2. Earl Grey Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Workout/Stretching!

One hour of Stretching exercises. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener.

Oatmeal packages x 2 with banana, pitted prunes, vanilla protein powder, cinnamon, chia seeds, powder milk. Toast and peanut butter x 2. Tea with milk and sweetener. Creatine with water 1 tbsp.  

Post Workout Shake!

Walk downtown to catch the bus to Halifax Shopping Centre Dollarama and Walmart. Chocolate Protein Bar 68g. Gatorade Blue.

Sub sandwiches x 2 from Sobeys Halifax Shopping Centre. Gatorade Zero 710ml.

Walk downtown to catch bus to Halifax Shopping Centre Sobeys, Walmart and Haircutters.
