Tea Time!

Chamomile tea

Supper

Chicken breast 1.5 with salt, pepper, paprika, poultry seasoning, hot spice. 

Lunch

Rosemary and garlic superfries with ketchup. 

Brunch

Boiled eggs x 2, salt, toast and butter x 2.

Laundry Day!

8:30am - 10:15am 2 loads of laundry. September 18

Breakfast 2

Boiled egg, salt, coffee with milk and sweetener.

Breakfast

Shredded wheat 2 cups plus, banana, milk, tea with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Leftover ground beef, mixed vegetables, brown rice, black beans, etc., Tomato soup, curry, milk, beef broth, Malba toast x 2. 

Lunch

Rosemary and garlic superfries and ketchup.

Brunch

Boiled eggs x 2, salt, toast and butter x 2, Honey lemon tea, apple slices. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Breakfast

Shredded wheat 2 cups, milk, toast and butter x 2, boiled egg, salt, banana, Earl Grey Tea.

Last Night!

Chamomile tea

Supper

Leftover ground beef, mixed vegetables, brown rice, black beans, etc., Onion, cooking oil, butter.

Snack

Malba toast with peanut butter x 1 package.

Lunch

Boiled eggs x 2, salt, toast and butter x 2, Honey lemon tea.

Breakfast 2

Yogurt banana x 1 milk shake.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Breakfast

Shredded wheat 2 cups, milk, toast and butter x 2, boiled egg, salt, coffee with milk and sweetener.

Tea Time!

Ground beef, mixed vegetables, black beans, brown rice, beef broth, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, hot spices. (3 meals) 

Lunch

Rosemary and garlic superfries, ketchup, boiled eggs x 2, salt.

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street.

Banana milk shake with 2 bananas and milk.

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple, milk, toast and butter x 2, boiled egg, salt, green tea.

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Jumble Berry fruit blend, milk, banana shake, toast and butter x 2, boiled egg, salt, coffee with milk and sweetener.

Shepherd's pie with ground beef, mixed vegetables, tomato paste, beef broth, flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, summer savory, butternut squash. 

Lunch 2

Tuna mayo sandwich with pepper and paprika, Honey Lemon Tea.

Boiled eggs x 2, salt, toast and butter x 2.

1/2 bag of French fries with ketchup.

Tuna mayo sandwich with pepper and paprika.

Walk to Superstore Young Street.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, milk, boiled egg, salt, toast and butter x 2, Honey lemon tea.

Jumble Berry fruit blend 1 Cup with about 2 cups of milk (shake or smoothie) toast and butter x 2, boiled egg, salt, coffee with milk and sweetener.
