Walk to Quinpool road Superstore and Canadian Tire.

Lunch

Can beans, sausage, toast and butter x 1, green tea.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour.

Steel cut oats 1 cup, apple, banana, toast and butter x 2, tea, almond milk, wheat bran, cinnamon.

Outing

Walk downtown to Lawton's and TD Bank Duke Street then bus trip to Halifax Shopping Centre Walmart via 1 Spring Garden. 

Lunch

Leftover rice, ground beef, vegetables, mushroom soup, etc., Boiled egg x 1

8:30am - 11am

3 loads of laundry.

Walk to RBC Almon Street then Dollarama and Superstore Young Street then Shoppers Almon Street.

Leftover vegetables, scrambled eggs x 3, toast and butter x 2, pepper, garlic, green tea.
