Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, peanut butter and butter sandwich. 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, vanilla yogurt. 

Cleaning Day!

Cleaning Day from 8:30am to 3:00pm March 30/24 (6.5 Hours of Cleaning) Spring Cleaning! 

Lunch

Leftover ground beef with mixed vegetables, tomato sauce, pasta, etc. 

Snack

Salami and cheese sandwich with butter and mustard. 

Breakfast

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon, banana, milk, toast and peanut butter x 2, tea. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, peanut butter and butter sandwich. 

Supper

Ground beef with mixed vegetables, beef broth, spices and seasoning, tomato sauce, pasta. 

Workout

Weight training with dumbbells 5 exercises. 25 Minutes 

Lunch

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, coconut milk, vanilla yogurt. Salami and cheese sandwich with mayo and mustard. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches and legs lifts. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, banana x 2, milk, toast and peanut butter x 2, tea. 

Tea Time!

Leftover ground turkey with mixed vegetables, diced tomatoes, brown rice, etc. 

Workout 2

Weight training with dumbbells 5 exercises 30 minutes. Push ups and knees bends. 

Lunch

Protein Shake with banana x 2, protein powder, vanilla yogurt, powder milk, coconut milk. Salami and cheese sandwich with butter and mustard. 

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon, frozen strawberries, protein powder, milk, toast and butter x 2, tea.

Ground turkey with spices and seasoning, mixed vegetables, chicken broth, hot sauce, brown rice, diced tomatoes. 

Workout

Weight training with dumbbells 5 exercises plus knee bends and push ups. 

Lunch

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, frozen strawberries, milk, toast and butter x 2.

Dessert

Vanilla yogurt and banana.

Salami and cheese sandwiches with butter and mustard x 2, Earl Grey Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches and leg lifts. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Protein Shake with banana x 2, protein powder, coconut milk, vanilla yogurt, powder milk. Toast and butter x 2, tea. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, boiled eggs x 2 and salt, salami and cheese sandwich with butter and mustard. 

Outing

Bus trip to Halifax Shopping Centre after paying rent. Walked to Sobeys Windsor Street before catching the bus. Walked around Mall then went to Sobeys to eat Crispy Chicken Strip with Potatoes and Green tea. Had appointment with Dr. Tan. 8km plus walking! Also went to Walmart after appointment. 

Brunch

Salami and cheese sandwich with butter and mustard, boiled egg and salt, green tea. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching!

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, frozen strawberries, coconut milk, powder milk, toast and butter x 2, boiled egg and salt, tea and coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Salami and cheese sandwich with butter and mustard, boiled egg and salt, chamomile tea.

Protein Shake with banana x 2, powder milk, protein powder, coconut milk. 

Lunch

Leftover ground beef with mixed vegetables, pasta, etc.

Chicken and cheese sandwich with mayo on Whole wheat bread, boiled egg and salt, Earl Grey Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Outing

Walk to Laundromat to wash 2 loads of laundry at Laundry Co.

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, banana, frozen strawberries, milk, toast and butter x 2, tea.
