Supper

Fried eggs x 2 on wholewheat English muffins x 2 with butter, pink salt, pepper, hot sauce, pam cooking spray. Chamomile tea with milk and sweetener, chocolate biscuit cookies x 3. 

Cleaning Day!

Cleaning Day from 8:00am to 4:00pm 8 hours of cleaning townhouse. 

Snack

Sardine fillets 100g. 

Protein Shake!

Protein Shake with banana x 2, protein powder, plain yogurt with fiber, 1% milk, oat milk. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon, chia seeds, banana x 2, berries and cherries, 1% milk, toast and peanut butter x 2, tea with milk and sweetener. Creatine with water. 

Workout 2

Weight training with dumbbells multiple exercises and multiple sets and reps 30 minutes. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with milk and sweetener, chocolate biscuit cookies x 3.

Chicken samosas with sauce x 4 

Lunch 2

Sub sandwich Italian Style and pasta salad from Superstore Young Street. 

Outing

Walk to Superstore Young Street. 

Lunch

Leftover steak from last night's supper with hot sauce. 

Workout

One hour of Stretching exercises with crunches and leg lifts plus planking and push ups. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Protein Shake with banana x 2, cherries and berries, oats, cinnamon, chia seeds, protein powder, creatine, 1% milk, oat milk. Toast and peanut butter x 2. Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with milk and sweetener,  chocolate biscuit cookies x 3. 

Supper

Steak with pink salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion, beef broth, butter, potato salad with mayo. Cranberry juice diet. 

Outing

Bus trip to Dollarama Duke Street. 

Lunch

Tuna sandwich with mayo, mustard and pepper on wholewheat bread, 1% milk and oat milk, chocolate biscuit cookies x 3. 

Workout

Oatmeal with berries and cherries, banana, 1% milk, protein powder, chia seeds, cinnamon, toast and peanut butter x 2, tea with milk and sweetener, creatine with water.

Ground turkey with pink salt, pepper, garlic powder, noodle soup, spinach, chicken broth.

Earl Grey Tea with milk and sweetener, chocolate biscuit cookies x 3.

Lunch

Walk to Laundromat to wash 2 loads of laundry.
