Tea Time!

Chamomile tea 

Supper

Italian Style meat balls x 14, brown rice with mixed vegetables, beef broth, hot sauce, butter. 

Snack

Sardines in hot sauce 100g. 

Outing

Walk to Superstore Quinpool Road. 

Lunch

Chicken burgers with mayo, mustard and hot sauce on hamburger buns x 2. 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana, powder milk, protein powder, vanilla yogurt. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with wheat bran, cinnamon, wheat germ, banana, frozen strawberries, milk, toast and butter x 2, tea.
