Tea Time!

Peanut Butter and butter sandwich, Honey Lemon ginger tea. 

Supper

Pork chop x 1 with salt and pepper, garlic powder, Baby Blend Vegetables and butter. 

Snack

Smoked Almonds 75.

Outing

Bus trip to Walmart Halifax Shopping Centre and Dollarama. Aquafina Vitamin Water B&B

Brunch

Egg salad with 3 eggs, mayo, pepper, paprika, mustard in pita bread. Protein Shake with powder milk and protein powder. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon and protein powder, banana, frozen strawberries, milk, tea. 

Protein Shake!

Protein Shake with powder milk and protein powder. 

Supper

Ground turkey with spices and seasoning, mixed vegetables, chicken broth, flour, butternut squash, butter, ketchup. 

Lunch

Salmon with mayo, pepper and paprika in a pita pocket. Boiled egg with salt, Protein Shake with powder milk and protein powder, green tea. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal, cinnamon, Protein powder, apple, banana x 2, milk, tea. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, Pita bread and peanut butter, banana x 1.

Pork Steak with salt and pepper, California Style Vegetables with butter.

Egg salad with 2 eggs and mayo, pepper, paprika in a pita pocket. Protein Shake with powder milk and protein powder. Nature Mix 1/2 Cup.

Had protein shake last night before going to bed. Protein powder and powder milk.

Outing

Walk to Superstore Young Street after dropping by North End Community Heath Clinic to check in about finishing Dental Cleaning.

Egg salad sandwiches x 2 with 2 eggs, mayo, pepper, paprika, hummus, Protein Shake with powder milk and protein powder. ( Heels of bread x 2)
