Tea Time!

Peppermint tea 

Supper

Ground turkey with spices and seasoning, mixed vegetables, chicken broth, hot sauce, Uncle Ben's Flavor Rice. 

Outing

Went to Dartmouth with Kim to do some shopping and had lunch at Wendy's. 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana, milk, protein powder, strawberry yogurt drink. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with wheat bran, cinnamon, banana, raisins, milk, toast and butter x 2, tea. 

Tea Time!

Lemon ginger tea 

Supper

Pork Steak with salt and pepper, Uncle Ben's Vegetable Rice with mixed vegetables, hot sauce. 

Coffee Time!

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Snack 2

Deviled Ham and mustard sandwich. 

Snack

Smoked Oysters 85g. 

Outing

Walk to Canadian Tire Quinpool Road. 

Brunch

Devil Ham Spread sandwiches with mustard x 2

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street.

Salmon salad with mayo and pepper on hamburger buns x 2.

Bus trip to Halifax Shopping Centre Sport Chek, Haircutters and Dollarama. Walmart had an Emergency and evacuated the store while I was still shopping so I went to Dollarama.

Salmon salad with mayo and pepper on hamburger buns x 2. Protein Shake with banana x 2, powder milk and protein powder. 

Laundry Day!

Laundry Day from about 8:00am to 10:00am 2 loads of laundry. September 20/23

Hurricane Lee!

Power was out for about 26.5 hours from 8:30am yesterday until about 10:30am today. My usual routine can start up again.
