Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, BBQ peanuts.

Supper

Toasted Swiss Cheese sandwich with butter, boiled egg, salt, French fries and ketchup.

Outing

Bus trip to Walmart Halifax Shopping Centre and Eastlink.

Toasted Swiss Cheese sandwich with butter x 2, boiled egg, salt, banana x 1.

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple, banana, toast and butter x 2, boiled egg, salt, almond milk, tea.

Supper

Shepherd's pie with ground beef, mixed vegetables, mashed potatoes, beef broth, flour, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, chili powder, onion powder, summer savory, ketchup. 

Snack

BBQ peanuts 1/2 Cup. 

Brunch

Toasted Swiss Cheese sandwich with butter x 2, boiled eggs x 2, salt, banana x 1.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple, banana, toast and butter x 1, boiled egg, salt, almond milk, tea.

Supper 2

Toasted Swiss Cheese sandwich with butter, peppermint tea.

French fries with ketchup.

Frozen fruit blend Golden Sunshine with 2 banana and Milk/Almond Milk.

Outing

Walk downtown to Dollarama Duke after using RBC Bank Machine. Walked along waterfront to Downtown before coming back along Brunswick Street.

Walk to Canadian Tire, Superstore and Shoppers Quinpool road but didn't buy anything at CT.
