Tea Time!

Chamomile tea. Sardines in hot sauce 100g. 

Supper

Pizza toast with pizza sauce, salami and mozzarella cheese x 2. Protein Shake with powder milk, protein powder, banana, plain yogurt. 

Lunch

Leftover pasta salad 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, stretching, leg extensions side kick, weight training with dumbbell curls and overhead dumbbell press multiple sets. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon, banana, frozen strawberries, milk, toast and butter x 2, tea, cold leftover pork chop. 

Tea Time!

Pork chop with salt and pepper, pasta salad with pasta, mixed vegetables, boiled eggs, can lunch meat, mayo, paprika. 

Workout 2

Push ups, weight training with dumbbell curls and overhead dumbbell press multiple sets. 

Snack

3/4 Cup Nature Mix 

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street. 

Brunch

Toasted cheese and butter sandwiches x 2. Protein Shake with powder milk, protein powder, banana x 2, plain yogurt. 

Workout

Stretching and weight training with dumbbell curls and overhead dumbbell press multiple sets. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, banana, frozen strawberries, milk, toast and peanut butter x 2, boiled egg and salt, tea. 

Snack

Nature Mix 3/4 Cup.

Walk to Laundromat to wash 2 loads of laundry at Laundry Co. In North End.
