Peanut butter toast x 1, chamomile tea.

Supper

Pork chop x 1, salt, pepper, 750g Brussels sprouts, butter.

Brunch

Boiled eggs x 3, salt, pepper, toast and butter x 2.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Breakfast 2

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener.

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple, banana, toast and butter x 1, tea. 

Snack

Apple and banana with almond milk.

Leftover ground beef, mixed vegetables, rice, etc., Mushroom soup, milk.

Lunch

Peanut butter and butter sandwich, oatmeal bar 38g, lemon ginger tea.

7:30am - 9:15am 2 loads of laundry.

Tuna Mayo sandwich x 1.5, pepper, paprika, Granola bar 38g.
