Tea Time!

Chamomile tea 

Supper

Ground beef with peas and carrots, beef broth, spices and seasoning, tomato sauce, pasta. (2 meals)

Snack

Cheddar Cheese x 5

Lunch

Chicken burgers with mayo and hot sauce on hamburger buns x 2

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana, powder milk, protein powder, almond milk, frozen fruit berry blend. 

Laundry Day!

Laundry Day from 8:00am to 10:30am 3 loads of laundry. July 29/23 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with wheat bran, cinnamon, wheat germ, protein powder, banana, raisins, almond milk, tea with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Lemon ginger tea 

Supper

Ground turkey with peas and carrots, chick peas, brown rice, etc. 

Snack

Cheddar Cheese x 5

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street. 

Brunch

Breaded chicken burgers with mayo and hot sauce on hamburger buns x 2 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana, frozen fruit berry blend, almond milk, protein powder, powder milk. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal with wheat bran, cinnamon, wheat germ, protein powder, banana, raisins, almond milk, tea with milk and sweetener.

Walk to Shoppers Almon Street after paying rent.

Breaded chicken burgers with mayo and hot sauce on hamburger buns x 2. Green tea

Walk downtown to Dollarama Duke Street along waterfront and dropped off dry cleaning sports coats x 3. Aquafina Vitamin Water B&B
