Tea Time!

Chamomile tea

Supper

Leftover ground beef, mixed vegetables, tomato soup, etc., Spinach Noodles, Onion, butter, cooking oil. 

Snack 2

Nature Mix 3/4 Cup

Snack

Ham and Turkey breast sandwich with mayo and mustard.

Outing

Walk to Hospital to visit Mother then Superstore Quinpool Road. 

Brunch

1.5 Salmon Mayo sandwich with pepper and paprika, banana x 1.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple, banana, toast and butter x 2, milk, tea. 

Snack

Peanut butter toast x 1, chamomile tea

Supper

Ground beef, mixed vegetables, tomato soup, beef broth, spinach noodles, salt, pepper, garlic powder, Italian style spice. (2 meals) 

Lunch

Tuna Mayo sandwich with pepper, paprika. 1.5

8:30am - 4:30pm cleaning July 1/2021 Too much humidity today the floors took longer to dry.

Peanut butter and butter sandwich.

BBQ peanuts and green tea.

Visit to Doctor's office for check up then walk downtown to Dollarama Duke Street.

Leftover pork chop, salt, pepper.

Paid rent then walked to Sobeys Windsor Street.
