Laundry Day!

Laundry Day from 8:00am to 10:30am 3 loads of laundry. December 3/22.

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, peanut butter, milk, banana, frozen fruit berry blend, tea. 

Supper

Ground beef with mixed vegetables, beef broth, flour, spices and seasoning, brown rice, hot sauce, butter. 

Protein Shake

Milk 2 Go Sport Vanilla 

Outing

4kg Walk to Superstore Young Street.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Cleaning Day!

It's the end of the month and time for the monthly cleaning starting with the walk-in closet and front entrance. 8:30am start! 2:30pm finish!

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, Tuna Mayo Sandwich with pepper and paprika on Whole wheat bread.

Outing

Walk to Shoppers Almon Street.

Egg salad sandwich with mayo, pepper, paprika, hot sauce on Whole wheat bread.

Paid rent then walked to Sobeys Windsor Street.
