Snack

Peanut butter and butter sandwich toasted, chamomile tea.

Supper

Leftover ground beef, mixed vegetables, tomato sauce, pasta, etc.

Lunch

Toasted tuna and mayo sandwich, boiled egg, salt.

Laundry Day!

8:30am - 10am 2 loads of laundry.

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, apple x 2, milk, English muffin, butter, tea, boiled egg, salt.

Snack

Toasted peanut butter and butter sandwich, chamomile tea.

Supper

Ground beef,  mixed vegetables, pasta, tomato sauce, garlic salt, oregano, pepper. (2 meals)

Snack

Boiled egg and salt. 

Lunch

Tuna fish sandwich with mayo, boiled egg, salt.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Peanut butter toast x 1, chamomile tea.

Cup of rice, mixed vegetables one cup, boneless pork x 2, salt, pepper, oregano, garlic salt. 

Brunch after workout!

Boiled eggs x 2, salt, toast and butter x 1.

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street after brunch.

Snack

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Leftover Shepherd's pie.

Boiled eggs x 3, salt, pepper, butter. 

Outing

Walk to Shoppers Almon Street.
