Ground turkey with mixed vegetables, chicken broth, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, curry, oregano, pepper, paprika, brown rice. 

Snack

Nature Valley Protein Bar 37g. 

Outing

Bus trip to Halifax Shopping Centre, Walmart. 

Lunch

Chicken burgers with mayo and mustard on hamburger buns x 2.

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana, powder milk, protein powder, almond milk, fieldberry yogurt. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with wheat bran, cinnamon, wheat germ, banana, almond milk, toast and butter x 2, tea.

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, fieldberry yogurt and banana.

Swedish meatballs x 12, brown rice with mixed vegetables, beef broth, oregano, butter, hot sauce.

1/2 Cup Nature Mix/Trail Mix 

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street.

More Laundry Today!

More laundry today, just one load because my bed sheet got dirty enough to change. 8:00am to 9:00am March 19/23 Next laundry day will be Friday instead of Thursday.
