Apple Cider Drink

Supper

Shepherd's pie with ground beef, can corn, tomato paste, beef broth, butternut squash, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, hot spices, paprika, summer savory. (2 meals) 

Lunch

Boiled egg, salt, tuna mayo sandwich with pepper, chili powder, paprika, chamomile tea, BBQ peanuts 1/2 Cup. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple x 2, banana, boiled egg, salt, toast and butter x 2, almond milk, tea.

Leftover tomato sauce made from tomato paste and beef broth and Green Giant Asian Blend from yesterday with Spinach Noodles. 

Lunch

Boiled eggs x 2, salt, toast and butter x 2.

Brunch

Jumble Berry fruit blend with banana, milk and almond milk shake.

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.
