Chicken thighs x 3, salt, pepper, paprika, ginger, fried onions x 2 with mixed vegetables, cooking oil, butter.

Snack

Peanut butter and butter sandwich.

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street.

Brunch

Boiled eggs x 2, salt, toast and butter x 2.

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

1 Cup Nature Mix, Chamomile tea.

Shepherd's pie with ground beef, mixed vegetables, lentils, salt, pepper, garlic powder, Italian style seasoning, paprika, tomato paste, beef broth. (3 meals)
