Workout 2

Weight training with dumbbells 5 exercises with push ups and planking. 35 minutes! 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, banana and vanilla yogurt. 

Supper

Ground beef with mixed vegetables, beef broth, spices and seasoning, hot sauce, can beans on 2 toast. 

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street. 

Lunch

Salami and cheese sandwiches with butter and mustard x 2. Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, plain yogurt drink. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches and legs lifts, calf raises. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, banana, milk, toast and butter x 2, tea. 

Last Night!

Chamomile tea

Supper

Steak with salt and pepper, butter and herb noodles with mixed vegetables. 

Snack

Energy Mix Nuts and Raisins, etc. 

Outing

Walk to Quinpool Road Superstore then Kim's work to pick up some things. 

Brunch

Salami and cheese sandwiches with butter and mustard x 2. Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, plain yogurt drink. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, calf raises, stretching, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, banana x 2, milk, toast and butter x 2, tea. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, 1 Cup Energy Mix. 

Supper

Scrambled eggs x 4 with brown rice, mixed vegetables, pepper, hot sauce. 

Brunch

Ham and cheese sandwiches with mayo and mustard x 2. Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, plain yogurt drink. Green tea 

Outing

Walk to Laundromat to wash 2 loads of laundry.

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, banana, almond milk, toast and butter x 3, tea.

Walk along waterfront walking trail to downtown Dollarama Duke Street through Casino. Aquafina Vitamin Water B&B and pepperoni stick.

Ham and cheese sandwich with butter and mustard. Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, almond milk, plain yogurt drink. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches and legs lifts plus calf raises. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, banana, almond milk, toast and peanut butter x 2, tea, coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, banana, ham and cheese sandwich with butter and mustard. 

Cleaning Day!

Cleaning Day from 9:00am to 4:30pm April 29/24 Monday.
