Walk to Park Lane Spring Garden Road Dollarama and Cleve's Source. Pepperoni stick x 2.

Brunch

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, plain yogurt. Peanut butter toast x 2 

Workout

Weight training with dumbbells 6 exercises 30 minutes plus push ups. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, frozen blueberries, powder milk, toast and butter x 2, tea. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, salami and cheese sandwich with butter and mustard.

Walk to Shoppers Quinpool Road and Superstore.

Leftover shepherd's pie. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with leg extensions side kick only x 15 each leg.

Shepherd's pie made with ground turkey, mixed vegetables, chicken broth, hot sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, pepper, mashed potatoes.

Sardines in hot sauce 100g. 

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street.

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, plain yogurt drink. Salami and cheese sandwich with butter and mustard. 

Workout

Weight training with dumbbells 6 exercises 45 minutes. 2 sets with multiple reps 10 - 20. 10lbs and 20lbs dumbbells. Plus Push Ups!

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, banana, frozen strawberries, milk, toast and butter x 2, carrot muffin, tea. 

Tea Time!

Walk to Laundromat to wash 2 loads of laundry.

Walk to RBC Almon Street, Shoppers and Dollarama Young Street, Superstore. Pepperoni stick x 1

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches and legs lifts.

Chamomile tea and Energy Mix.

Chicken breast with salt, pepper and paprika, Chicken Flavored Side Dish with mixed vegetables and hot sauce.

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street then bus trip to Bayers Lake Drive to Walmart, Subway and Dollarama. Subway foot-long sandwich and Aquafina Vitamin Water B&B.

Protein Shake with banana, frozen strawberries, powder milk, protein powder, plain yogurt drink. Salami and cheese sandwich with butter and mustard. 

Workout

Weight training with dumbbells 6 exercises 40 minutes. 10lbs and 20lbs minimum 2 sets each exercise.

Coffee with milk and sweetener. Toast and butter x 2
