Protein Shake

Protein Shake with 2% milk and powder milk plus protein powder, banana x 2, mixed berry fruit blend. 

Supper

Leftover ground beef, mixed vegetables, tomato sauce, pasta, etc. 

Outing

Visit Mom with Kim then drove to Walmart Halifax Shopping Centre before going home. Took bus to get to Mother's nursing home off Herring Cove Road. 

Brunch

3 egg omelet with pepper and hot sauce, toast and butter x 2, Protein Shake with 2% milk and protein powder. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, Protein powder, banana x 2, milk, toast and butter x 2, tea and coffee. 

Protein Shake

Banana x 2, frozen berry fruit blend, 2% milk, protein powder. 

Supper

Ground beef, mixed vegetables, beef broth, spices and seasoning, tomato sauce, pasta. (2 meals) 

Outing

Walk to Superstore Young Street. 

Lunch

Laundry Day from 8:00am - 10:30am 3 loads of laundry May 20/22

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, Protein powder, apple, banana, toast and butter x 2, milk, tea.

Protein Shake with 1% milk and protein powder.

Ground turkey with spices and seasoning, chicken broth, mixed vegetables and brown rice, hot sauce. 

Outing

Walk to Shoppers Almon Street. 

Brunch

Pita bread with ham and eggs x 3, pepper and hot sauce, Protein Shake with 1% milk and protein powder.

Chamomile tea, peanut butter and butter sandwich.

Sardines in hot sauce 100g.

Walk to Superstore Quinpool Road 4.2km.

Pita bread with ham and eggs x 2, hot sauce, Protein Shake with 1% milk and protein powder.

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street 2.5km plus.

Pita bread with 2 eggs, pepper, ham and hot sauce, Protein Shake with powder milk, 1% milk and protein powder.
