Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, BBQ peanuts 1/2 Cup.

Supper

Leftover spaghetti with ground beef, mixed vegetables, tomato sauce, etc., Fried onions. 

Snack 2

Peanut butter and butter sandwich.

Snack

Oysters 85g. 

Outing

Trip to laundromat to wash winter coat and futon cover then walk to Shoppers Almon Street for eggs and toilet paper.

Brunch

Boiled eggs x 2, salt, toast and butter x 2, Cheddar Cheese x 4.

Laundry Day!

3 loads of laundry. 7:30am - 10:15am October 2. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, banana x 2, toast and butter x 2, boiled egg, salt, tea. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, Almonds 75g.

Supper

Ground beef, mixed vegetables, pasta spaghetti, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano. ( 3 meals) 

Lunch

Oysters 85g., Peanut butter and butter sandwich, Cheddar Cheese x 4, small milk. 

Outing

Dental cleaning part 2 need to return Monday for the finish then walked Downtown to Dollarama Duke Street.

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, banana x 2, toast and butter x 2, boiled egg, salt, tea.

Tea Time!

Supper

Boneless pork x 3, salt, pepper, chili powder, 3/4 Cup of Brown Rice, California style vegetables.

Cheddar Cheese x 3

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple, banana, toast and butter x 1, boiled egg, salt, tea.

Cleaning Day!

7:30am - 3:30pm 8 hours of cleaning! September 29

Malba toast x 1 package with peanut butter.

Ground beef, mixed vegetables, brown rice, beef broth, white kidney beans, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, hot spices. (2 meals) 

Lunch

French fries and ketchup.

Outing

Walked over to pay rent and dropped off pay stubs for the two days on 22 Minutes I worked September 1st. and 10th then walked to Superstore Young Street and Dollarama.
