Tea Time!

Chamomile tea 

Supper

Boneless pork x 2 with salt and pepper, brown rice with mixed vegetables, vegetable broth, butter, hot sauce. 

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street. 

Lunch

Scrambled eggs x 3 with pepper, olive oil and ketchup, breaded chicken burgers x 2. 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana, powder milk and protein powder. Plus Green tea 1 Cup. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with wheat bran, cinnamon, wheat germ, protein powder, peanut butter, banana, frozen fruit berry blend, milk, tea. 

Tea Time!

Brunch
