Chicken parmesan x 2, potatoes, onion, curry, pepper, garlic, ginger, cooking oil, ketchup.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour.

Omelette 3 eggs, toast and butter x 2, pepper, garlic, ketchup.

Toasted salami, cheese, mayo, mustard sandwich.

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street.

Lunch

Leftover pasta, ground beef, tomato sauce, mixed vegetables, etc.

2 loads of laundry. 8:30am - 10:30am

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple, banana x 2, milk, toast and butter x 2, tea, coffee.

Snack

Pasta, ground beef, tomato sauce, mixed vegetables, pepper, garlic. (2 meals)

Salami and cheese, mayo, mustard sandwich, banana x 1.

Lunch

Noodle soup with mix 120g, cup of mixed vegetables, eggs x 2. 

Workout

Outing

Bus trip to Walmart Halifax Shopping Centre.
