Tea Time!

Chamomile tea and chocolate gram cracker cookies x 5.

Supper

Ground beef with spices and seasoning, tomato sauce and one bag sweet potato fries.

Lunch

Sub sandwich from Brother's Meat Market and Aquafina Vitamin Water B&B. Potato chips 2 cups. 

Outing

Walk to RBC Almon Street then Dollarama Young Street followed by Brother's Meat Market. 

Snack

Sardines fillets 100g. 

Workout

One hour of Stretching exercises with crunches and leg lifts plus planking and push ups. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Protein Shake with banana x 2, frozen blueberries, 1% milk, protein powder, cinnamon, chia seeds, oats, creatine. Rice cakes and peanut butter x 3. Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Workout

Weight training with dumbbells multiple exercises and multiple sets and reps 30 minutes. 

Tea Time!

Steak with potatoes and onion, hot sauce, beef broth, butter, pink salt, pepper, garlic powder, parsley. 

Snack

2 Cups of Potato Chips Chicken Flavored.

Toasted fried egg sandwich with 2 eggs, pink salt, pepper, hot sauce, butter, cheese. Chocolate biscuit cookies x 5. 

Lunch

Maccaroni and cheese salad from Sobeys 1/2 large container. 

Workout

One hour of stretching exercises. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon, chia seeds, banana, frozen blueberries, 1% milk, toast and peanut butter x 2, tea with milk and sweetener, creatine and water. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with Oatmeal cookies x 8.

Ground turkey with pink salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, noodle soup, spinach, chicken broth. 

Snack

Maccaroni and cheese salad from Sobeys 1/2 large container. 

Outing

Bus trip to Halifax Shopping Centre Sobeys and Shoppers. 

Brunch

Roast beef and cheese sandwich with butter and mustard, Protein Shake with banana, protein powder, 1% milk. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching exercises with crunches and leg lifts plus planking and leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, chia seeds, 1% milk, banana, frozen blueberries, toast and peanut butter x 2, tea with milk and sweetener, creatine with water. 

Tea Time!

Toasted fried egg sandwich with 2 eggs, cheese, ham, pink salt, pepper, hot sauce, butter. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal with frozen blueberries, banana, cinnamon, protein powder, chia seeds, 1% milk, toast and peanut butter x 2, creatine with water. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with milk and sweetener and Oatmeal cookies x 4.

Roast beef sub sandwich from Superstore and maccaroni salad with deviled egg 454g. 

Outing

Bus trip to Barrington Street Superstore. 

Lunch

Toasted Ham, roast beef, cheese, butter, mustard sandwich with leftover pork chop and hot sauce.

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches and leg lifts plus planking and push ups. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with frozen mixed berries, protein powder, cinnamon, chia seeds, 1% milk. Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Supper

Pork chops with pink salt, pepper, garlic powder, butter, beef broth, potatoes, onion, hot sauce cooking as I write this. 4 Pork chops so should be leftovers for tomorrow. Chamomile tea and 4 Oatmeal cookies after washing dishes. 

Workout

Weight training with dumbbells multiple exercises and multiple sets and reps 45 minutes. 

Lunch

Ham, roast, cheese, butter and mustard sandwich, Oatmeal cookies x 4, Earl Grey Tea with milk and sweetener, small 1% milk. 

Brunch

French toast with eggs x 4, wholewheat bread x 4, pam cooking spray, butter and syrup. 

Outing

Walk to Laundromat to wash 2 loads of laundry.

Coffee with milk and sweetener.
