Tea Time!

Fried egg sandwich with eggs x 2, salt and pepper, hot sauce, cheese, butter, pam cooking spray on wholewheat bread toasted. Great Value Protein Bar 37g. Chamomile tea with milk and sweetener. 

Protein Shake/Bagel

Protein Shake with banana, frozen berries and cherries, protein powder, powder milk. Everything bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese. 

Workout 2

Weight training with dumbbells multiple exercises and multiple sets and reps 30 minutes. 

Tea Time!

Earl Grey Tea with milk and sweetener. Chocolate chip cookies x 4.

Brunch

Leftover pork chops x 2 with leftover potato salad and hot sauce. 

Workout

One hour of Stretching exercises with crunches and leg lifts plus planking and push ups. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. Everything bagel and herb and garlic cream cheese. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal packages plain x 3 with banana, cinnamon, chia seeds, powder milk. Creatine with water. Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with sweetener. Dark Chocolate 100g. 

Supper

Pork chop with salt and pepper, garlic powder, beef broth, potato salad with mayo, mustard, salt and pepper, paprika, parsley. 

Lunch

Beef samosas x 4 and sauce. Great Value Protein Bar 37g. 

Outing

Bus trip to Superstore Barrington Street.
