Tea Time!

Chamomile tea 

Supper

Pork Steak or Roast with salt, pepper, garlic powder, butternut squash and mixed vegetables, butter. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching!

Lunch

Toasted peanut butter and banana sandwiches x 2, Aquafina Vitamin Water B&B and green tea. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal 2 Cups with cinnamon, protein powder, banana x 2, frozen blueberries, powder milk. Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Supper

Breaded fish fillets x 3 with Uncle Ben's Flavor Rice and mixed vegetables. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches and leg lifts plus planking, push ups and leg extensions front and side kick. 

Lunch

Turkey sub sandwich from Sobeys and Water Lemon Lime Carbonated. Pepperoni stick from Dollarama. 

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street to catch the bus to Halifax Shopping Centre Walmart, Sobeys and Dollarama. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. Boiled eggs and salt x 2 

Breakfast

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, plain yogurt drink. Toast and butter x 2, tea with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Workout 2

Weight training with dumbbells multiple exercises 40 minutes. 

Lunch 2

Boiled eggs x 4 with hot sauce. 

Lunch

Swiss cheese sandwiches with mayo toasted x 2 with green tea. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching plus push ups. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Bran Flakes with banana and milk, toast and butter x 2, tea. 

Tea Time!

Ground beef with mixed vegetables, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, paprika, parsley, sweet potatoes, butter, hot sauce. Plus 1 bottle of carbonated berry flavor water. 

Snack

Pizza pops deluxe x 2

Outing

Walk along waterfront to Superstore Barrington Street then bus trip back home. 

Lunch

Toasted peanut butter and banana sandwiches x 2 and green tea. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches and legs lifts plus planking. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

2 Cups of Bran Flakes with milk and banana, toast and butter x 2 and tea. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea and toasted peanut butter and banana sandwich. 

Supper

Boiled eggs x 4 with salt and pepper plus hot sauce. 

Lunch

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, strawberry yogurt drink. Pizza pockets deluxe x 2.

Workout 2

Weight training exercises with dumbbells 35 minutes plus push ups. 

Brunch

Toasted peanut butter and banana sandwiches x 2, Earl Grey Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Workout

Bran Flakes 2 Cups with banana and milk, toast and butter x 2 and tea.

Chamomile tea, peanut butter and banana sandwich, strawberry yogurt drink. 

Supper

Noodle soup with leftover chicken breast and broccoli. 

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street after paying rent. 

Brunch

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder. Cheese and mayo sandwich. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches and legs lifts plus planking. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener, peanut butter toast x 2

Breakfast

Bran Flakes 2 Cups with banana and powder milk, toast and butter x 2, tea with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Cooked 3 good size chicken breast with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder and broccoli. (Leftovers for tomorrow!) 

Lunch

Noodle soup with broccoli and 2 eggs. 

Coffee Time!

Coffee with milk and sweetener, toasted peanut butter and banana sandwich. 

Outing

Walk to Laundromat to wash 2 loads of laundry.
