Tea Time!

Chamomile tea 

Supper

Leftover ground beef with mixed vegetables, tomato sauce, pasta, etc. 

Snack

3/4 Cup Nature Mix. 

Brunch

Breaded chicken burgers with mayo and hot sauce on Whole wheat hamburger buns x 2.

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana, frozen strawberries, powder milk, protein powder, oat milk, kefir plain yogurt drink. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with wheat bran, cinnamon, wheat germ, protein powder, banana x 2, oat milk, frozen strawberries, tea with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Lunch

Outing

Walk to Superstore Quinpool Road.

Omelette with 3 eggs, pepper, hot sauce, olive oil. 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana x 2, powder milk, protein powder, kefir plain yogurt drink, oat milk.

Worked on TPB BATS in Bedford from 8:00am to just after 5:00pm. Ate at A&W and had coffee from Needs. Also ate at work.
