Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with milk and sweetener, Energy Mix 1/2 Cup. 

Supper

Grill cheese sandwiches on wholewheat bread x 2, hot sauce, cheese, butter cooked in oven. 

Workout/Protein Shake

Weight training with dumbbells multiple exercises and multiple sets and reps 30 minutes. Protein Shake with protein powder and 1% milk. 

Coffee Time!

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener, chocolate gram cracker cookies x 4. 

Lunch

Scrambled eggs x 4 with butter, onion, pink salt, pepper, parsley, hot sauce, toast and butter x 2, milk. 

Tea Time!

Earl Grey Tea with milk and sweetener, chocolate gram cracker cookies x 6, leftover chicken leg. 

Outing

Walk to Laundromat to wash 2 loads of laundry. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Protein Shake with banana x 2, berries and cherries, protein powder, creatine, cinnamon, chia seeds, oats, 1% milk. Toast and peanut butter x 2, tea with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with milk and sweetener, chocolate gram cracker cookies x 6.

Chicken legs x 3 with pink salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion, butter, chicken broth, boiled potatoes, parsley, hot sauce. 

Outing

Walk to Shoppers Almon Street. 

Lunch

Toasted fried egg sandwich with eggs x 2, hot sauce, butter, pam cooking spray, pink salt, pepper. 

Workout

One hour of Stretching exercises. Creatine with water.

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener.

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, chia seeds, oat milk, banana x 2, berries and cherries, toast and peanut butter x 2, tea with milk and sweetener.

One hour of Stretching with crunches and leg lifts plus planking and push ups.

Toasted fried egg sandwich with eggs x 2, ham, cheese, butter, hot sauce, pink salt, pepper, pam cooking spray. Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Protein Shake with 1% milk, protein powder and creatine. Tea with milk and sweetener.

Chamomile tea with oat milk and sweetener, blueberry turnover cookies x 4.

Pork chops family pack thin cut x 4 with pink salt, pepper and garlic powder, onion, potatoes, beef broth, butter and hot sauce.

One hour of Stretching with crunches and leg lifts plus planking and leg extensions front and side kick.
