Protein Shake with banana x 2, frozen mango, powder milk, protein powder.

Boneless pork with salt and pepper, brown rice with mixed vegetables, vegetable broth, butter, hot sauce. 

Outing

Walk to Shoppers Almon Street to pick up Air Miles *reward and buy eggs. *(Backpack)
