Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with milk and sweetener. Oatmeal cookies x 4

Supper

Steak x 2 with salt and pepper, garlic powder, onion, broccoli, beef broth, hot sauce. 

Workout

One hour of Stretching exercises with crunches and leg lifts plus planking and push ups, leg extensions front and side kick, calf raises. 

Lunch

Sub sandwich from Brother's Meat Market. Great Value Protein Bar 37g. 

Outing

Walk to Shoppers Almon Street then Brother's Meat Market. 

Brunch

Toasted tomato and mayo sandwiches on wholewheat bread x 2. Earl Grey Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana, frozen berries and cherries, protein powder, plain yogurt, powder milk, creatine. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with milk and sweetener. Plain yogurt and banana. Oatmeal cookies x 4

Supper

Ground turkey with spices and seasoning, hot sauce, chicken broth, broccoli, pasta and sauce mixture made with milk and butter. 

Snacks

Popcorn x 1 bag. Pepperoni. Great Value Protein Bar 37g. 

Tea Time!

Leftover potato salad with Earl Grey Tea with milk and sweetener and chocolate biscuit cookies x 3. 

Outing

Walk to Laundromat to wash 2 loads of laundry. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener.

Protein Shake with banana, frozen berries and cherries, protein powder, powder milk, creatine. Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Potatoe salad made with 6 boiled eggs plus lots of yellow potatoes from 5lb bag bought yesterday then mayo, salt and pepper, paprika, parsley. Leftovers for tomorrow!

Honey garlic sausage 2.5 with boiled yellow potatoes and salt and pepper, hot sauce, butter, parsley, paprika.

Weight training with dumbbells multiple exercises and multiple sets and reps 45 minutes. 

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street.

Bus trip to Walmart Halifax Shopping Centre after paying rent then back home followed by another bus trip to Dollarama Duke Street and RBC Bank. (M) Blueberry water drink.

Fried egg sandwich with eggs x 2, salt and pepper, hot sauce, butter, pam cooking spray, cheese on wholewheat bread. Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener.

Outing

Walk to Laundromat to wash 1 full size comforter then RBC Almon Street then Brother's Meat Market followed by voting at the YMCA.

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. Peanut butter toast x 2

Oatmeal packages plain x 3 with banana, powder milk, cinnamon, chia seeds. Creatine with water. Tea with milk and sweetener.

Chicken legs x 2 with salt and pepper, garlic powder, paprika, chicken broth. Pasta with sauce mixture made with milk and butter plus 2 cup of broccoli.
