4.61km walk to Dollarama Park Lane Spring Garden Road. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with banana, frozen mango, powder milk, protein powder, cinnamon, wheat bran, boiled eggs x 3 with pepper and hot sauce. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Coffee Time!

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana x 2, frozen mango, powder milk, protein powder. 

Supper

Ground beef with spices and seasoning, mixed vegetables, beef broth, flour, brown rice, hot sauce. 

Lunch
