Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, Nature Valley Protein Bar 37g. 

Supper

Chicken parmesan x 1, brown rice with mixed vegetables, chicken broth, hot sauce, butter.

Outing

Bus trip to Walmart Halifax Shopping Centre. 

Brunch

Omelette with 3 eggs, pepper, olive oil, hot sauce, hash browns x 3, Cheddar Cheese x 2, Green tea. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal with wheat bran, cinnamon, wheat germ, banana, peanut butter, almond milk, toast and butter x 2, tea. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea

Italian Style meat balls x 12, brown rice with mixed vegetables, beef broth, butter, hot sauce. 

Lunch

Omelette with 3 eggs, pepper, hot sauce, olive oil, hash browns x 3

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana, powder milk, protein powder, almond milk, plain yogurt. 

Laundry Day!

Laundry Day from 8:30am to 11:30am 4 loads of laundry. March 3/23
