Tea Time!

Chamomile tea 

Supper

Ground beef with spices and seasoning, beef broth, hot sauce, broccoli, butter, brown rice. (2 meals)

Brunch

Breaded chicken burgers with mayo and hot sauce on hamburger buns x 3

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana, powder milk, protein powder, plain yogurt. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with wheat bran, cinnamon, banana, protein powder, oat milk, plain yogurt, tea with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Lemon ginger tea 

Supper

Italian Style meatballs x 12, broccoli, Scrambled eggs x 3, pepper, hot sauce, olive oil. 

Snack

Trail Mix 3/4 Cup. 

Lunch

Walk downtown to deposit pay check at RBC then picked up pants at tailor then went to Dollarama Duke Street.

Protein Shake with banana x 2, powder milk, protein powder, chocolate almond milk. 

Laundry Day!

Laundry Day from 8:00am to 10:30am 3 loads of laundry. August 2/23

Walk downtown to RBC Bank Machine then dropped off pants for fixing then picked up dry cleaning.

Cleaning Day from about 8:30am to 3:00pm almost finished just waiting for living room floor to dry then time for a shower and supper.
