Tea Time!

Chamomile tea 

Supper

Ground beef with mixed vegetables, beef broth, spices and seasoning, hot sauce, mashed potatoes. Shepherd's pie! 

Lunch

Salmon mayo sandwiches with pepper x 2 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana x 2, protein powder, powder milk. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with wheat germ, cinnamon, banana, raisins, milk, toast and butter x 2, plain yogurt drink, tea. 

Tea Time!

Mint Blend Tea 

Supper

Steak with salt and pepper, Uncle Ben's Flavor Rice, mixed vegetables, hot sauce, omelette with 3 eggs. 

Tea Time!

Green tea 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana, powder milk, protein powder, plain yogurt drink. 

Lunch

Outing

Walk to North End Community Health Centre for Dental appointment. 9:00am to almost 12:00 Noon. Noon gun went off shortly after getting outside.

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal with wheat bran, cinnamon, banana, raisins, milk, toast and butter x 2, tea.

Outing

Walk downtown along Barrington Street to Dollarama Duke Street.

Tuna mayo sandwich with pepper. Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, plain yogurt drink. 

Laundry Day!

Laundry Day from about 8:45am to 11:15am 3 loads of laundry. October 19/23

Scrambled eggs x 4 with olive oil and pepper plus 2 homemade pickles.

Flakes of Chicken sandwiches with mayo and pepper x 2. Protein Shake with banana x 2, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, plain yogurt drink.
