Walk to Dollarama Young Street. 

Brunch

Omelette with 3 eggs, pepper, hot sauce, olive oil, ketchup, hash browns x 3.

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana, powder milk, protein powder, strawberry yogurt. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal with wheat bran, cinnamon, wheat germ, banana, frozen fruit blend, powder milk, toast and butter x 2, tea.
