Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with sweetener. Banana x 1.

Supper

Ground turkey with spices and seasoning, mixed vegetables, hot sauce, HP sauce, black lentils in sauce mixture with white rice. 

Workout 2

Weight training with dumbbells 10lbs and 20lbs back, chest, biceps and forearms 35 minutes. 

Outing

Walk downtown to Dollarama Duke Street. Gatorade Zero 710ml. 

Lunch

Chicken burgers with mayo and mustard on hamburger buns x 3. Protein Shake with powder milk, vanilla protein powder and creatine 1 scoop. 

Workout

One hour of Stretching exercises with crunches and leg lifts plus planking and push ups with calf raises and deep squats. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon, chia seeds, banana, powder milk. Toast and peanut butter x 2. Boiled eggs x 3 with salt. Earl Grey Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with sweetener. Toasted cheese and butter sandwich on whole grain bread. Boiled eggs x 3 with salt and pepper, hot sauce. 

Post Workout Shake!

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, vanilla protein powder. 

Workout 2

Weight training with dumbbells 10lbs and 20lbs chest, delts and triceps 35 minutes. 

Lunch

Deluxe Pizza from Superstore and Protein Shake with powder milk, vanilla protein powder and creatine 1 scoop.

Workout

One hour of Stretching exercises with crunches and leg lifts plus planking and push ups with calf raises and deep squats. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal packages plain x 2 with banana, pitted prunes, powder milk, vanilla protein powder, cinnamon, chia seeds. Toast and peanut butter x 2. English Breakfast Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with sweetener. Cashews 1/2 Cup. 

Supper

Chicken burgers with mayo and mustard on hamburger buns x 3. Gatorade Zero 710ml. 

Outing

Walk to Laundromat to wash 2 loads of laundry then walked to Dollarama Young Street while doing laundry. 

Lunch

Leftover ground turkey with mixed vegetables, tomato sauce, pasta, chick peas, etc. Whole grain bread with butter x 2. Creatine with water 1 tbsp. 

Workout

One hour of Stretching exercises with planking, leg extensions front and side kick, calf raises and deep squats. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. 

Protein Shake/Breakfast!

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, vanilla protein powder, creatine, plain oats package x 1, cinnamon, chia seeds. Toast and peanut butter x 2. Tea with milk and sweetener.

Spinach pizza with tomato sauce and cheese from Superstore. Protein Shake with powder milk, vanilla protein powder and creatine 1 scoop.

One hour of Stretching exercises with crunches and leg lifts plus planking and push ups with leg extensions front and side kick, calf raises and deep squats.

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener.

Walk downtown to catch bus to Walmart Halifax Shopping Centre.

Breakfast/Protein Shake!

Protein Shake with banana x 2, frozen blueberries, powder milk, vanilla protein powder, creatine 1 tbsp, plain oats package x 1, cinnamon, chia seeds. Green tea with sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with sweetener. Banana x 1.

Veggie pizza 410g from Superstore. Creatine with water 1 tbsp.
