Tea Time!

Chamomile tea

Steak with marinade and boiled potatoes with summer savory, pepper and butter, pickled beets. 

Lunch 2

BBQ peanuts 1/2 Cup.

Lunch

Ham and Turkey sandwich with butter and mustard.

Outing

Walk to Superstore Young Street.

Brunch

Toast and butter x 2, Smoked Oysters 85g. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple, banana, toast and butter x 2, milk, Earl Grey Tea.

Leftover pasta salad

Chicken thighs x 3, salt, pepper, paprika, ginger, summer savory, picked beets from Kim. 

Lunch

Leftover pasta salad with boiled egg, salt, toast and butter x 1.

Laundry Day!

3 loads of laundry. 7:30am - 10:15am September 3

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple, banana, toast and butter x 2, milk, Earl Grey Tea, boiled egg, salt.

Pasta salad with mayo, pasta, pepper, paprika, black olives, peas and carrots, tuna, chick peas. (3 meals) 

Cleaning Day!

6:00am - 2:00pm 8 hours of cleaning. September 2/21

Pork chop x 1, salt, pepper, potatoes with butter and summer savory.

Trail Mix from 22 Minutes.

Outing

Worked on 22 Minutes today spoke my first line of dialogue on a union show. Dollarama on the way home.

All Bran buds 1 Cup, blue berries, banana x 2, milk, toast and butter x 2, boiled egg, salt, Earl Grey Tea.

Milk shake with 2 bananas, blue berries and milk about 2 cups.

Nature Mix 1/2 Cup.

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street after paying rent.

Ground beef, beef broth, mixed vegetables, crushed tomatoes, pasta, pepper, garlic powder, Italian style seasoning, hot spices. (3 meals) 

Snack

1/2 Cup BBQ peanuts.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Outing

Drive with Kim to finish Mom's apartment then ate at Tim Hortons Sausage egg wrap with hash brown and Ice Coffee followed by trip to Superstore.
