Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple, banana, toast and butter x 1, almond milk, tea.

Leftover ground beef, mixed vegetables, rice, etc., Mushroom soup, milk.

Boiled eggs x 2, toast and butter x 2, salt, granola bar 46g.

Yesterday was booked for 22 Minutes but cancelled then rebooked for today downtown for Coronation Street sketch. Stopped by Dollarama Duke Street on my way home then paid rent. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, apple, banana, almond milk, toast and butter x 1, boiled egg, salt, tea.

Snack

Peanut butter toast x 1, chamomile tea.

Supper

Ground beef, mixed vegetables, rice, salt, pepper, garlic salt, oregano. (2 meals) 

Lunch

Crispy potato bites 1/2 bag. 

Brunch

Boiled eggs x 2, toast and butter x 1.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Coffee with coffee (whitener) or milk and sweetener.
