Tea Time!

Chamomile tea and banana. 

Supper

Steak with salt and pepper, 500g Brussels Sprouts and hot sauce. 

Snack

Sardines in hot sauce 100g. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches and legs lifts plus planking. 

Lunch

Toasted peanut butter and banana sandwiches x 2 and green tea. 

Breakfast 2

Bran Flakes 2 Cups with 1 Cup of another cereal and milk plus coffee. 

Breakfast

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, plain yogurt drink, cinnamon, oats. Muffin and tea. 

Workout 2

Weight training with dumbbells multiple exercises 30 minutes. 

Tea Time!

Earl Grey Tea with muffin. 

Supper

Ground turkey with spices and seasoning, hot sauce, pasta tomato alfredo in sauce mixture with milk, water and butter. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with planking. 

Tea Time!

Lunch

Swiss cheese sandwiches with mayo x 2

Breakfast 2

Bran Flakes 2 Cups with 1 Cup of another cereal plus milk, toast and butter x 2, coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, plain yogurt drink, cinnamon, oats. Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea and muffin. 

Supper

Noodle soup with broccoli and vegetable broth. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching!

Lunch

Lunch at Sobeys Halifax Shopping Centre Roast beef subs small x 2 with orange mango carbonated water. Pepperoni stick x 1

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street to catch the bus to Halifax Shopping Centre Sobeys, Dollarama and Walmart with a walk around the mall. 

Breakfast 2

Eggs x 3 with salt, pepper and hot sauce, toast and butter x 2, muffin and coffee. 

Breakfast

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, plain yogurt drink, oats, cinnamon. Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea and muffin. 

Supper

Steak with salt and pepper and broccoli. 

Snack

Energy Mix remainder of bag.

Outing

Walk to Quinpool Road TD Bank, Superstore and Canadian Tire. 

Lunch

Swiss cheese sandwich with mayo, sardines fillets in hot sauce 100g. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching!

Omelette with 4 eggs, salt, pepper, hot sauce, butter, toast and butter x 2, coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Protein Shake with banana x 1, frozen blueberries 1 cup, oats 1/3 cup, cinnamon 1/3 tbs, protein powder 1 tbs, powder milk, kefir plain yogurt drink. Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Workout 2

Weight training with dumbbell exercises 25 minutes.

Ground pork with salt, pepper, hot sauce, butter, powder onion, powder garlic, mixed vegetables, white rice, tomato soup. 

Lunch

Toasted peanut butter and banana sandwiches x 2 with green tea. 

Snack

Smoked Oysters 85g. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches and legs lifts, planking and push ups plus leg extensions front and side kick. 

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street. 

Breakfast 2

Scrambled eggs x 4 with butter, pepper, salt, hot sauce, toast and butter x 2, coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, plain yogurt drink, cinnamon, oats. Tea with milk and sweetener.

Outing

Walk to Subway off of Robie Street the long way around up from Sobeys Windsor Street then went to Shoppers Almon Street. Had 6" egg and cheese sandwich with orange juice for lunch. 

Snack

Smoked Oysters 85g.

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, plain yogurt drink. Toast and butter x 2, tea.

Energy Mix 3/4 Cup. 

Brunch

Fish fillets x 4 with mayo and hot sauce on Whole wheat bread x 4 slices. 

Outing

Walk to Laundromat to wash 2 loads of laundry.

Coffee with milk and sweetener.
