Protein Shake with banana, powder milk and protein powder.

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal with wheat bran, cinnamon, banana, frozen fruit berry blend, milk, toast and butter x 2, tea.
