Noodle soup with mix 1 tsp, 1 cup mixed vegetables, boneless pork, pepper, ginger.

Snack

Boiled egg, toast and butter x 1. 

Brunch

Peanut butter and banana sandwich toasted, boiled egg, green tea.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour.
