Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with milk and sweetener. Banana x 1

Supper

Ground beef with mixed vegetables, beef broth, spices and seasoning, hot sauce, pasta and sauce mixture. 

Outing

Bus trip to Walmart Halifax Shopping Centre and Haircutters.

Lunch

Cheese sandwiches with mayo on wholewheat bread x 2. Smoked Oysters 85g. 

Workout

One hour of Stretching exercises with crunches and leg lifts. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon, chia seeds, powder milk, banana x 2, frozen berries and cherries. Protein Shake with powder milk, protein powder and creatine. Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with milk and sweetener. Banana x 1

Ground turkey with spices and seasoning, mixed vegetables, chicken broth, hot sauce, pasta and sauce mixture with milk and butter. 

Snack

1 bag of popcorn.

Ham and cheese sandwiches with mayo and mustard x 3 plus Earl Grey Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Workout

One hour of Stretching exercises with planking.

Cleaning Day from 8:30am to 6:00pm February 13 Thursday 2025.

Coffee Time!

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. Chocolate biscuit cookies x 3.

Leftover mild Italian sausage with white rice, mixed vegetables and hot sauce.

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener.

Oatmeal with cinnamon, chia seeds, powder milk, banana x 2, frozen berries and cherries. Protein Shake with powder milk, protein powder, creatine. Tea with milk and sweetener.

Weight training with dumbbells multiple exercises and multiple sets and reps. 35 minutes.

Toasted fried egg sandwich with eggs x 2, pam cooking spray, hot sauce, butter, pink salt, pepper, cheese on wholewheat bread. Chocolate biscuit cookies x 3. Earl Grey Tea with milk and sweetener.

One hour of Stretching with crunches and leg lifts plus planking and push ups with leg extensions side kick only.

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener, peanut butter toast x 2.

Protein Shake with banana x 2, frozen berries and cherries, protein powder, powder milk, cinnamon, chia seeds, oats, creatine. Tea with milk and sweetener.
